Exciting Upgrades Heading Your Way
This year, we are happy to announce we are going to have many improvements to our internal and external services this November. We look to improve our mobile app and online banking with bill payment to serve you better. We also are upgrading our internal software system to help our employees give you the best service you deserve. Lastly, we are upgrading our phone system to a more intuitive system to decrease on wait times and to get you to whom you need to speak to more effectively. This will include upgrading our Telephone Teller (BUTTONS). These are exciting times at Members Heritage! More information will come to you as the date approaches.
