Coronavirus

Update: March 15, 2020

Effective Immediately:

In an effort to limit the exposure of the COVID-19 virus to our membership and our staff we will be closing our branch lobbies until further notice. The drive-thrus will remain open to serve our members needs.

All branches will be deep cleaned.

Due to the cleaning schedule availability, the Winchester branch will be closed completely on Monday and the drive thru then opened beginning Tuesday.

Lexmark & FMC will remain closed as they do not have a drive-thru.

Please continue to use our mobile app, online banking and our contact center @ 859.259.3466 or 800.359.3466.

To our valued members,

At Members Heritage, the health and safety of our employees and members is always our first priority. As we continue to monitor the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we want to ensure our members are aware of their options for banking services and that Members Heritage has a business continuity plan in place.

As always, access to your deposit accounts is available 24 hours a day at over 55,000 Members Heritage ATMs through the All Point network and through the robust features of our Online Banking and Mobile App. You may also want to consider shopping online during this time, which can be done easily with your credit or debit card. With the mobile app, you can check your balance, transfer money between accounts and even make a deposit.

If you visit a branch during this time, please know our staff are still available to assist you and we are taking preventative measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and members. At this time, we ask that handshakes and other physical contact be completely avoided. We are also taking action to ensure our locations are properly sanitized each day.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 800-359-3466 or (859) 259-3466. We have also created a page at http://www.mhcu.org/coronavirus. We will continue to update this page as the situation develops.

We thank you for your continued support and business.
