Set credit card rates will range from 9.75%-18.00% APR. Variable VISA credit card rates will range from 8.25-17.25%. Your rate may be higher based on your credit history.
Yes. Cash advances are available at any Members Heritage location at the teller window or ATM.
You can get an additional card for an eligible family member; just ask us if you need one.
Yes! You can transfer the balance of a higher interest rate card to the new card with no balance transfer fee.
Your billed monthly payment will be 2% of your previous unpaid balance. However, you don’t incur finance charges for new purchases posted to your account during a billing cycle if you had a zero credit balance at the beginning of that billing cycle. The same is true if you paid the entire new balance on the previous cycle's billing statement by the payment due date appearing on that statement.
If neither of these situations apply, then you will accrue a finance charge from the date a purchase is posted to your account. You can avoid an additional finance charge on the balance of purchases by paying the entire new balance on the billing statement by the payment due date that appears on the statement.
There is a 25 day grace period on purchases before finance charges accrue.
Yes. Cash advances begin to accrue finance charges either beginning on the date that you get the cash advance, or from the first day of the billing cycle in which the cash advance is posted to your account.
The later transaction date is what decides when you begin to accrue finance charges.
Note that finance charges are calculated separately for purchases and for cash advances.
The sooner you let us know, the better.
Once you notify us of your card’s loss or theft in writing or by phone, you will not be liable for unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us of the loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use. You will have no liability for unauthorized transactions made with your credit card unless you are grossly negligent in the handling of your card.
Regardless, your liability will not exceed $50.00.
