A. KEN TANNER, Chairman
Ken has been a member of the Credit Union since 1961. He has served on the Board of Directors since 1963, and is presently Chairman of the Board. He has served as President, Vice President, Secretary and chairman of the Education and Facility Committees. He has served on all the committees over the years. He has been very active in and president of the Blue Grass Chapter of Credit Unions, the Kentucky Credit Union League, the National Association of Credit Union Presidents, and the League of IBM Credit Unions. 
BOBBY A. FLYNN, Vice Chairman
Bobby has been a member of the Credit Union since 1960. He has been on the Board of Directors since 1974. He has served on various committees and was Secretary of the Board from 1980 - 1983. Currently, he is Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Facilities Committee. He retired from IBM in 1990 after 32 years service. Bobby holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
JESSE NORTHCUTT, JR., Treasurer
Jesse has been a member of the Credit Union since 1960. He assisted in the organization of our Credit Union and was one of the original officers. He has served in various capacities since that time such as the Credit Committee, Supervisory Committee, Loan Officer, and the Board of Directors. He currently serves as Asset Liability chairperson. As a Board member, he has also held offices of Secretary, President and Treasurer. He served many years on the Executive Board of the League of IBM Credit Unions (LICU), an association of the combined 20 Credit Unions in the IBM Corporation. Jesse is a member of the Credit Union Founders Club and a Trustee of our local Credit Union.
M. "LES" BURTON, Acting Secretary
Prior to being elected to the Board of Directors, he served over 24 years on the Education Committee, and two years on the Supervisory Committee, one as chair. He currently serves as Delinquency Control chairperson, and serves on various other committees. He is a past committeeman of the IBM Club. He was educated in the Carter County School System and by the University of Kentucky. Les believes the Board of Directors' consistent objective should be get the best return on members' money, their decisions should reflect the changing needs of the members.
Jeff Sterne, Director Jeff was elected to the MHFCU Board of Directors in 2007. Previously he served as an Associate Director, Supervisory Committee Secretary, and currently serves as Education chairperson. He has been a member of MHFCU since 2002. Jeff is the Executive Director of our SEG All Star Dairy Association, Inc., in Lexington, KY. They are a buying/service association that serves over 190 dairy processor members in 45 states, Nova Scotia, and Puerto Rico. He has been with All Star since 1992. Prior to All Star, Jeff spent 16 years with Pet/Land O Sun Dairy in the southeastern U.S., holding positions of Region Controller, Corporate Sales Manager, and Region Operations Manager (of which he was responsible for a fluid manufacturing plant and 16 distribution branches).

John Brubaker, President
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters in Business Education degrees from Morehead State University. In 1992 he became a Certified Credit Union Executive through the Credit Union National Society's CCUE program. He spent the first 17 years of his business life in the steel industry working for Armco Steel in Ashland, KY. He was named Manager of Ashland Armco Employees Credit Union in 1984. In 1992 he came to Lexington to serve Members Heritage. John has held several positions within the Kentucky Credit Union League and the National Association of Federal Credit Unions. Of Credit Union's he says, "the ideals of the founders of the Credit Union movement are well applied at Members Heritage. I'm very glad to be here."
